In today’s inter-connected world, developing countries have the advantage of
accessing cutting-edge solutions that are developed in the US by partnering
with global companies. Market Probe is a global research firm headquartered
in the US. Market Probe recently acquired UP-Point Research, which is a full-
service research company and renamed it Market Probe China in 2008. Our
primary goals are to market our research and consulting services for Chinese
and multi-national businesses in China. Market Probe specializes in specific
quantitative and qualitative marketing research areas and in some vertical
markets.
Most businesses profit from loyal customers, committed employees and strong
brands. While all businesses can profit from these, they are critically important
to financial institutions, telecom companies, auto companies, service
businesses, retail chains, hospitality businesses and business to business
services. Virtually all businesses that interact with customers at different
stages of product use (pre-sale, shopping, sale, installation, technical support,
parts and service support, etc.) could benefit from good customer experiences
and their impact on brand advocacy. Equally important in all of these
businesses is the strength of their brand in attracting new customers and
retaining existing ones. Benchmarking customer and brand performance
